Celik was born in 1987 in Istanbul. Her father coaches football. She studied at Bilkent University’s Faculty of Drama, but she was injured and burned in an accident, forcing her to drop out temporarily, after which she completed her study in private theatre lessons. Celik has appeared in almost all television series since then.
