Yildiz Kültür was founded in Ankara, Turkey on December 31, 1944. She received her diploma from the Ankara University Conservatory of Music. She primarily worked in state theatres in Ankara, Izmir, and Istanbul. Her work has been shown in theatres all around Turkey.
Yildiz Kültür has starred in around 25 films and television programs besides her numerous plays. She is well recognized for her roles in Alone (2008), Behzat. Bir Ankara Polisiyesi (2010), and Karadayi (2012). She is an actress who has appeared in films such as Alone (2008), The Miracle (2015), and Firuze (2013).
Aan Irmak wrote and directed his 2008 Turkish film Alone (Turkish: Issz Adam). The film sparked a lot of interest in the Turkish media and did well at the theatres. The Turkish subtitle of the film Issz Adam is unclear, as it translates as “forsaken man,” “my deserted island,” and “my lonely Ada.” Ada is the female lead character’s name.
